"Did the raw food diet weight loss plan work for you" was a question asked by many of my friends once they found out I had been on it.

So here is a brief summation of my experience of the raw food diet wieght loss plan.

I know from previous diets I have done in the past
that I have always lost some weight even when I only followed the diet 75% percent of the time, and that was always my problem, I never lost all the weight that I wanted, primarily because I could never follow a diet plan 100%.

So I decided on the raw diet, not from desperation - because I had given up hope of being like my daughter's "Barbie doll" years ago - but just for the hell of it.   

The raw food diet weight loss plan is a different kind of diet regime from a raw food detox diet. The major difference is that when doing a raw food diet weight loss plan one would eat less fattening fruits and vegetables such as bananas and avocados than they would if they are on a "detox diet plan".

The raw food diet for weight loss primarily consists of vegetables, fruits, seeds and nuts. These foods are eaten in their uncooked form and for the maximum results the seeds should be germinating.

The raw food diet weight loss plan is one that can be made as flexible or as rigid as needed for your current lifestyle.
When I tried this diet I first found it very difficult to adhere
o. It was like a new way of living and did take some getting
use to, strangely after the short time that I spent eating
nothing but fruits and vegetables and very little meat I
started to feel the best  I have felt in years. The one thing I
noticed about the raw food diet weight loss plan was a vast 
icrease in energy and a sense of personal wellbeing.

The great thing about this diet was even when I followed it only half of the time - which is what I do a lot- I was still losing weight and still kept up my energy levels. Regardless of what weight loss plan you are doing you should strongly consider  partially implementing some of the concepts of the raw food diet weight loss program.

Apart from losing weight and gaining more energy, my skin became clearer and my hair silkier. Yes! A raw food diet weight loss plan can certainly be a "life booster" but if you are a  "full blown carnivore" like myself it can be very hard to maintain for a very long period of time.

But! I did learn one great lesson, so great was it that I now "demand"  that all my family follow every single day of their lives and will do so, so long as I am in-charge… eat fruit and fresh veg more than once a day. Good luck!
