Is it possible to eat as much as you want and still lose weight? Well! If you had mentioned the idea of a fat burning diet less than 20 years ago to the diet industry and so called weight loss experts most would have laugh until their stomachs hurt and told you "to go and see a shrink"

But now in 2011, primarily due to new scientific research and highly specialised food diagnostics. It's now considered "main stream" that fat burning diet do exist and really work - those old time hypocritical professors can hang their heads in shame.

Not only has the diet industry now recognised special fat burning diets as genuine but they have even gone as far as giving them their own unique hypermodern name "thermogenic diets"

Well not totally unique because the word "Thermogenic" excluding the word "diet" added to it is  as "old as the hill" and stems from Latin which means making heat in a living organism. To put it in simple terms this basically means burning energy and it's this energy being burn that is the fundamental principle behind the now popular fat burning diet.

Special diets that are designed to burn fat (fat burning diets) are based around consuming simply foods and recipes that take more energy to digest than they will provide in calories (often refered to as a neagtive calorie diet). The perfect analogy  of fat burning diets is a game whereby for every one step you took going backwards you then had to take two equal steps forwards. So it wouldn't matter how many steps you took going backwards your will always end up travelling forwards, which is of coures is the perfect scenario for anyone trying to lose some excesse weight or some spare unwanted flab such as: love handles ect. 

Now here is another real cool part about fat burning diets, because the food takes more energy to digest than the food will provide our natural metabolic rate is forced to speed up which in turn helps you burn even more body fat it's almost like a two pronged attack on those love handles, belly fat, Fat thighs etc.

Themogenic diets can come in two forms the best of which consists of consuming a larger than normal quantity every day fat burning foods however if this is not possible for some reason then one can enhance a normal diet pan with fat burning supplements or even standard vitamin supplements will oftern do.
