There is a huge amount of so-called acai berry information available               
 on the internet and in the media at the moment.

But in plain terms what is it about the acai berry that has caused the 
slimming world to embrace it as the world's No 1slimming supplement?

Well the simple truth is, no one really knows for sure why the acai berry has been so successful in helping people worldwide to shed those unwanted pounds. Various scientific studies have found that it is a health-promoting fruit containing fibre, vitamins, minerals, amino acids and omega oils, sterols and other valuable nutrients. But the particular combination in acai berry seems to be more effective than similar ingredients in other superfruits such as blueberries or pomegranate. Why?

In fact, despite all the research that has been carried out on the acai berry and all the published acai berry information so far, researchers have never concluded for sure what it is about this berry that is responsible for its comparative success in promoting fat loss.
